Washington, DC – Manage Your Damn Money, LLC is proud to announce the release of Ben Carter's first published book, Fictitious Financial Fairytale: A Completely Untrue Story About Money, Friends and Moscow Mules. The book is now available for purchase in paperback on Amazon.com.
"I'm thrilled to see over two years of work culminate in the publish and sale of what is my very first literary effort," said Carter. "I'm hopeful the book will come to represent an alternative style and approach to how we can tackle learning about money and personal finances and think it will serve as a valueable education component in the personal finance and inspiration space."
Fictitious Financial Fairytale: A Completely Untrue Story About Money, Friends and Moscow Mules is a previously unseen literary work that works hard to make the topic of money less "trip to the old folks' home to play chess with grandpa", and more celebrating your 21st birthday at your favorite bar. Written in screenplay format, Fictitious Financial Fairytale follows four friends through their first moments as young adults living in a big city, managing the social and financial experiences that come with it. It's a short story that will make you laugh and think about the absurdity of young adulthood and how you should (or shouldn't) use money.
"We spend so much time explaining the naunces and particulars of money management that we often forget to insert humor, pop-culture and other interesting topics into the conversation," said Carter. "That often leaves us with dry, uninspiring conversations about money. I hope Fictitious FInancial Fairytale can help inspire a more level, inclusive and entertaining discussion about our money."
